Payment must be received, in full, no later than the completion of the lesson time slot.
Accepted methods of payment are cash, Zelle, check.
CANCELATIONS
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS and NO SHOWS are required to pay 100% of the lesson rate. (Including any pre-arranged filming fee)
Cancelations must be through text or call (no emails, DMs, or Lessons.com messages)
In the event a true emergency (car accident, hospital related, death in the family…etc) or sudden illness should occur I allow ONE exception per year.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event snow or a severe storm should occur that presents travel concerns, you will contacted by me. If in person lessons are canceled virtual lessons will be offered in place of. If you have not been contacted, lessons are as scheduled and the cancelation policy stands. If you are unsure call or text.
COLD & FLU
If a student is experiencing flu symptoms (fever, sore throat, etc) within 24 hours of a scheduled lesson, they are advised to cancel. I will offer rescheduling options if possible.
If a student arrives to a lesson displaying clear signs or admitting to having of cold and/or flu symptoms that compromise my health, I withhold the right to refuse my services and the full lesson rate will be owed.
HOUSE GUIDELINES
Do not park in or block the driveway.
No small children inside the studio during a lesson.
Unless it is a true bathroom emergency, the bathroom is not available. Please plan accordingly.
