Sarah began her career working as a Disney Cruise Line performer. After 3 years on the sea and a brief contract in Disneyland Paris she returned to New York to pursue her first love, Musical Theatre. It wasn't long until she joined the actor's union and went on to perform in a number of Equity theatre productions. Some of her favorite theatre credits include "The Fantasticks" (Luisa), "You're a Good Man Charlie Brown" (Sally Brown) and "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" (The Narrator- her personal favorite). Sarah has also performed in countless readings, concerts, cabarets, and weddings. Alongside theatre, Sarah and her mother, Joan (guitarist), have been a well established music duo for over 15 years. The pair have played concerts, restaurants, senior citizen events, music festivals and more throughout New Jersey.

In 2021, SBA wrote and starred in a one woman show titled "My Great Adventure". This cabaret style show was inspired by her catch phrase: "I didn't get this far, just to get this far" featuring American standards and Broadway show tunes. It debuted November 6, 2021 at the Union County Performing Arts Center Loft Stage to a sold out audience and returned February 5, 2022 for an encore. She later concluded this run with a third performance July 30th, 2022 at the Star Royale Theatre.
In 2025 she gave an unforgettable solo concert at the Avenel Performing Arts Center titled "Sarah Beth Andrews, With No Apologies". The program featured both her signature Broadway favorites and beloved popular hits made famous by Frank Sinatra, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Alicia Keys, Barbra Streisand all accompanied by a live four piece band. In classic SBA style, she wowed the audience with her exceptional voice and inspired theatre goers with her personal stories.
Today Sarah has become New Jersey's go to Barbra Streisand Tribute artist. She continues to wow audiences with her sensational set of hits, living up to the phrase "No one sings Streisand like Sarah".[see upcoming]
